Presidents of Belarus, Azerbaijan, Russia, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan and Moldova are attending the summit.
At the summit, it is planned to discuss the program of cooperation for prevention of illegal migration in 2015-2019 years, strengthening of humanitarian cooperation, as well as the documents on the creation of a group of experts in order to increase the efficiency of cross-border services. Moreover, the heads of states are expected to address a joint statement to the CIS countries on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the Soviet Union's victory in World War II. In general, the agenda includes 17 documents.
