Baku – APA. The explosion of a car killed a prominent journalist Pavel Sheremet in Central Kiev on Wednesday, Ukrainian Pravda reported.
According to the publication, the car blew on the corner of Bohdan Khmelnytsky and Ivan Franko in front of the McDonald’s restaurant.
This machine belonged to the head of the Ukrainian truth Alyona Pritula, but she wasn’t in that car.
The explosion occurred at 7:45 a.m., when Sheremet left home and traveled a few tens of meters. The police arrived at the scene. The cause of the explosion is not disclosed.
Sheremet lived in Kiev last five years, worked in Ukrainian Pravda, was a presenter at the Radio Vesti.
