APA reports quoting newspaper Star that the summit will be attended by the presidents of Turkey, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan – Abdullah Gul, Ilham Aliyev, Almazbek Atambayev, Nursultan Nazarbayev, Gurbanguly Berdimuhammedov.
Secretary General of the Cooperation Council of Turkic Speaking States Halil Akıncı said historical steps will be taken for the Turkish world at the Bodrum summit. He said a decision of creating diaspora centers will be made in order to strengthen Turkish diaspora’s positions in the international arena and expand the scope of influence in the countries they live in: “Further development of the joint work strategy, education, economical cooperation, and the creation of a joint Turkish television will top the agenda. Likewise, three regional centers will be opened in Washington, Paris, and Berlin”.
The 3rd summit of the Cooperation Council of Turkic Speaking States had been held in August 2013, in Gabala, Azerbaijan.
