Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, Iranian President Hassan Rouhani, Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev and Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov will attend the summit at the invitation of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
The summit will focus on the issues of cooperation between the littoral states, the process of implementation of the decisions adopted in the previous summit in Baku in 2010, as well as the priorities of further cooperation between these states.
Multilateral documents are also expected to be signed during the summit.
In addition, Russian President Vladimir Putin is expected to hold several bilateral meetings with counterparts.
