Baku – APA. Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan plans to attend the upcoming EU Eastern Partnership Summit in Vilnius on 28-29 November, 2013, LithuaniaTribune reported.
The fact was confirmed by Armenian Ambassador to Lithuanian Ara Aivazyan at a recent meeting with the Deputy Speaker of the Lithuanian Seimas, Gediminas Kirkilas, the Seimas said in a statement on Tuesday.
Ahead of the Vilnius Summit, Armenia will seek to strengthen a political dialogue with the EU and its member states, aimed at promoting mutual understanding.
Armenia wants an achievement resolution to be signed during the Vilnius Summit to consolidate its achievements over three years of negotiations on the association agreement.
