Baku - APA. Armenia's National Assembly ratified an agreement on Thursday on creating a unified air defense system in the Caucasus region together with Russia, APA reported citing Armenian sources.
A total of 102 out of the parliament's 131 lawmakers voted in favor of the deal, while 8 voted against it.
Note that the treaty has drawn negative reaction from pro-West political circles and NGOs. They regarded it as the last blow to the country's sovereignty.
