The statement, spread by the Public Services Regulatory Commission, says that the Commission is ready to prove its position during the discussions with the international consultant as well.
“In this situation we consider it unacceptable to search for a reason of justification for the own failures and shortcomings instead of paying more attention to them”, says the statement.

He said that insufficient tariff raising in the last 11 years, overhaul of the Metsamor power plant, as well as the decline of production by hydro power plants of Armenia led to the situation when the electricity distribution system of the country lost 37 bln drams ($77.5 mln).
