Quoting reliable sources, the journalist writes that according to the strategic agreement reached between the two countries, Russia would allocate at least $5 billion loan to Ukraine and set $200 per 1,000 cubic meters of natural gas for this country.
(Currently, Ukraine pays more than $500 per 1,000 cubic meters of natural gas to Kremlin.) Lucas said that one of the points of the agreement is Ukraine’s agreement to join Customs Union in the future, i.e. by the presidential election in 2015.
