I believe that the Washington agreements will unequivocally have a positive impact on both regional processes and even non-regional processes, said Ruben Rubinyan, Vice Speaker of the Armenian Parliament and Special Representative for the normalization of relations with Türkiye, APA reports.
According to him, they hope that the agreement on the opening of the border for citizens of third countries and holders of diplomatic passports will be implemented: “We do not see any reason for Türkiye to delay normalization, in any case, there is no issue of delay from Armenia's side — we are ready to open the borders and establish diplomatic relations as early as tomorrow.”
