An Azerbaijani citizen allegedly planning terrorist attacks has been detained in Russia, APA reports, citing Russian Federal Security Service.
It is alleged that the Azerbaijani citizen detained in the Stavropol region “joined a Ukrainian terrorist organization banned in the Russian Federation” and “conducted a detailed inspection of a number of facilities, including administrative buildings of law enforcement agencies in the cities of Yessentuki and Stavropol, as well as transport infrastructure, in order to carry out subversive and terrorist attacks on assignment.”
