The Supreme Court of the Russian Federation granted the claim of the Prosecutor General's Office for the recognition of the American legal entity Anti-Corruption Fund as a terrorist organization (FBK is recognized as an extremist organization, a foreign agent and banned in the Russian Federation), APA reports, citing Izvestia.
It is noted that this court decision is subject to immediate execution.
The Anti-Corruption Foundation ceased to exist as a legal entity in 2021.
Lawyer Ilya Craft noted in an interview with Izvestia that FBK's activities are extremist in nature.
