A road leading to stability in the South Caucasus region passes through seriously following trilateral agreements, it has been noted in the statement of the Russian Foreign Ministry (MFA) on the 25th anniversary of signing a Treaty between Russia and Armenia on Friendship, Cooperation, and Mutual assistance, APA's correspondent in Moscow reports.

"From a position of the main ally, we are determined to continue to help Yerevan to strengthen its defense capability and border security, to normalize relations with neighbors. We are sure that the road leading to stability in the region passes through seriously following trilateral agreements dated November 9, 2020, January 11, and November 26, 2021. Russian peacekeeping contingent remains as a main factor in provision of security in Karabakh," noted in the Russian MFA statement.
