"Russia hopes that dialogue on strategic stability will not be violated despite US decision on suspension of consultations," Russia's Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said on Thursday, APA's correspondent in Moscow reports.
According to him, Moscow is ready for a dialogue on security guarantees and strategic stability: "Unfortunately, counterparts in Washington adopted a decision on suspension, then postponement of contacts a few days ago and announced it. I hope that the process in whole will not be violated."
