"US President Joe Biden's statement on the complete rupture of relations with Russia is an attempt to intimidate Russia. No one is interrupting the dialogue with the United States," Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said, APA's Moscow correspondent reports.
"It is another attempt to intimidate us. But we do not bow to threats. I repeat and emphasize that we work with confidence and calm. We have concrete tasks ahead of us, we will deal with them. No one is interrupting the dialogue with the United States. The formats and channels of this dialogue, are a different issue, and the configuration of these channels depends on the nature of the tasks before us, "Ryabkov told RBK.
Notably, Biden said that Russia-US relations are experiencing a period of complete rupture.
