The number of injured people in the massive explosion in the Shumensky district of Kherson has reached 24, APA reports, citing the National Police of Ukraine.
A 45-year-old and 83-year-old woman were killed.
The Kherson regional prosecutor's office had previously reported that three people had died.
23 apartment buildings and 58 private houses were damaged as a result of the explosion.
