If Azerbaijan files a lawsuit against the Russian Federation in international courts over the plane crash near Aktau, Moscow will wait for official verdicts (judgments), said the press secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov at a briefing, APA reports citing TASS.
“Investigative actions are underway, and the investigation is ongoing. If Azerbaijan makes such a decision, it is Azerbaijan’s right, and we will await the official verdicts,” Peskov said.
Note that Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev stated at the 3rd Shusha Global Media Forum that Azerbaijan will appeal to the International Justice System regarding the plane crash near Aktau involving AZAL, and certain documents are being prepared.
