"Russia has not yet officially received the U.S. peace plan regarding Ukraine. However, Moscow has an unofficial “document,” said Yuri Ushakov, the Russian president’s aide on international affairs, APA’s Moscow bureau reports.
According to him, Russia has unofficially received several versions of the U.S. peace plan, which can even be confusing.
Nevertheless, the Kremlin official emphasized that Russia views some aspects of the U.S. peace plan positively, but many of them require discussion.
Ushakov also said that Europeans are unnecessarily interfering in the settlement of peace in Ukraine.
