Russia’s Foreign Ministry has acknowledged obstacles to a peaceful settlement following the recent Alaska summit, APA’s Moscow bureau reports.
Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov said dialogue with Washington is ongoing through various channels, but turning the momentum from the leaders’ meeting in Anchorage into concrete agreements remains challenging.
He noted that more than a month has passed since the summit and claimed that opponents of peace and supporters of prolonging the war “to the last Ukrainian” have been deliberately undermining the agreements.
