In general, since the beginning of the pandemic, the diagnosis has already been confirmed in 14 million 840 thousand 502 people.
At the same time, the number of deaths due to coronavirus in Russia amounted to 790 per day (the day before 748, before that – 704), the number of coronavirus victims for the entire time was 343 thousand 173.
During the reporting period, 18 thousand 90 people were hospitalized with a diagnosis of COVID-19 (a decrease of 7.6% compared to the previous day).
According to the operational headquarters, 185 thousand 82 people recovered from the coronavirus over the past day.
The top 3 regions with the highest number of new cases of covid included St. Petersburg (16.595 thousand for the reporting day), Moscow (9.705 thousand), Krasnoyarsk Territory (7.617 thousand).
