It was reported that a Ukrainian intelligence agent was supposed to deliver an explosive device to Moscow.
It was noted that law enforcement authorities initially determined that the criminal had started a conversation with an unknown person on a messaging app and expressed his desire to assist the Ukrainian intelligence agencies. It was reported that he went to a garage cooperative in the city of Lyubertsy in the Moscow region to carry out the assignment and took a package containing an explosive device from a hidden location. The young man was supposed to deliver it to Izmailovsky Park in Moscow. He was detained by the police while attempting to carry out his plan.
