The Foreign Ministry of Russia decided on Monday to declare three Slovak diplomats personae non gratae, Moscow confirms, APA reports citing Teletrader.
The notice was given to the Slovak Ambassador to Russia Lubomír Rehak and it requires that the three diplomats leave Russia within 72 hours. The Slovak Embassy said it considers the decision unjustified "since Slovak diplomats, unlike Russian diplomats in the Slovak Republic and throughout the world, strictly adhere to the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations."
In addition, North Macedonia declared on Monday five Russian diplomats undesirable in the country and has asked them to leave the premises.
