The Ukrainian authorities must immediately make a decision on a peaceful settlement, otherwise it will be too late, said the press secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov, APA's Moscow bureau reports.
According to him, Russia's offensive operations should push Zelensky "to negotiate and do it right now."
The Kremlin official emphasized that as the Russian armed forces lose territory in the course of their offensive operations, the freedom of decision-making for them is narrowing.
"This is precisely an attempt to force Zelensky and his regime to a peaceful settlement. It is pointless and dangerous for them to continue this. The regime must make a responsible decision and do it now," Peskov concluded.
