Russian President Vladimir Putin expressed his hope that France and Germany will influence Kyiv for the implementation of the Minsk agreement, said Vladimir Putin at the joint press conference about the finals of negotiations with Germany's Chancellor Olaf Scholz, APA's Moscow bureau reports.
"We hope that our partners both across the ocean and in Europe, first of all, Germany and France will have a relevant impact on the current governance of Kyiv, and this solution will be found," said Putin.
