Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Tuesday that Ukraine violated agreements made during negotiations in Istanbul and accused Kiev of always changing its position in negotiations, APA reports citing Teletrader.
Putin added that Ukraine's constant changing of its position makes it "impossible to achieve progress" in the talks.
During a joint press conference with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko, the Russian president also insisted Moscow's military operation is going according to plan and it does not intend to give up on its goals of identification and destroying military infrastructure in Ukraine.
