There was no draft peace agreement on Ukraine — only a set of issues for discussion, Russian President Vladimir Putin said at a press conference following his visit to Kyrgyzstan, APA’s Moscow bureau reports.
Putin stated that after the Geneva talks, it was decided to divide the 28 points of the peace plan into four sections.
The Russian President noted that Moscow agrees that the list of U.S. provisions on Ukraine could form the basis of future agreements.
He added that the plan regarding Ukraine needs to be translated into “diplomatic language,” since some points currently “sound ridiculous.”
