Russian President Vladimir Putin is ready to send a delegation of high-ranking officials to Minsk to hold talks with Kiev, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov has said, , APA reports citing RİA.
"Zelensky said he was ready to discuss Ukraine's neutral status. Earlier, Putin said that the operation in Ukraine was to help the "DPR" and "LPR" through the demilitarization and denationalization of Ukraine.
Peskov said Russia was ready to send a delegation from the Foreign Ministry, Defense Ministry, and Presidential Administration to Minsk for talks.
