Russian President Vladimir Putin did not discuss the results of the Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban's visit to the United States with him, said Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, APA's Moscow bureau reports.
According to him, Russia is not familiar with the Hungarian Prime Minister's initiatives to end the Ukrainian conflict.
"We have not had the opportunity to consider them yet," the Russian presidential spokesman stressed.
Peskov said that Russia wants the conflict in Ukraine to end as soon as possible: "Moscow remains open to a political and diplomatic solution, but the situation is not delayed through Russia's fault."
The Kremlin official noted that the conflict in Ukraine will end when the goals set for it within the framework of special military operations are achieved.
