During the days of military operations with Azerbaijan, there were cases when high-ranking officers themselves caused panic, said Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, APA reports citing Sputnik Armenia.
He repeated that there is a "fifth column" in the ranks of the army: "Part of the criminal cases initiated in connection with the 44-day war is related to the irresponsibility of the commanders, which led to serious consequences, and others are related to their direct sabotage".
