The Republic of Armenia and the United States are working on the implementation of the TRIPP project and other agreements reached in Washington, said Armenia's Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during his speech at the 5th “Silk Road” forum held in Tbilisi, APA reports.
Touching on the issue of opening communications in the South Caucasus, Prime Minister Pashinyan referred to the agreements signed between Armenia and Azerbaijan in Washington on August 8 with the mediation of the United States.
“The Republic of Armenia, together with the United States and agreed third parties, will work on defining the framework for the implementation of the ‘Tramp Route for International Peace and Prosperity’ (TRIPP) project on Armenian territory. We once again confirm our determination to sincerely take all necessary steps to achieve this goal as soon as possible,” the Prime Minister stated.
He also confirmed that currently Yerevan and Washington are making serious efforts towards the implementation of the agreements reached.
