Chief of Armenian Presidential Staff may replace Nalbandian as foreign minister

APA reports quoting Avangard newspaper that Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian is likely to be appointed as Armenian ambassador to France. The newspaper also reports that chief of Armenian Presidential Staff is going to replace Nalbandian as foreign minister.

According to the Constitution of Armenia, the President accepts the resignation of the government the day he takes office, within the next ten days he appoints a new prime minister and the prime minister forms a new government within twenty days.
