The second place goes to Moldova (32%), the third - Ukraine (21%). Azerbaijan and Georgia share 7-8 places (14%). However, citizens of Uzbekistan are less likely to want to migrate (5%).
Fifty-two percent of potential migrants in FSU countries say they want to improve their standard of living or live in a country with a better standard of living. Another 10% say they want to get a good job or cannot find a job in their own country. More than one in eight (13%) are thinking not of their own futures, but those of their children.
8% of Azerbaijani respondents expressed the desire to leave the country for a carefree children's future (10th place). Armenia takes the 5th place with 13%. The 1st place goes to Turkmen (29%).
