"NATO shares the serious concern over the situation in Kazakhstan," NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg's Special Envoy for the South Caucasus and Central Asia Javier Colomina wrote on Twitter, APA reports.
"NATO shares the serious concern over the situation in Kazakhstan, including reports of casualties. We call on all parties to exercise restraint, refrain from violence, and pursue dialogue. Authorities must respect international Human Rights obligations, including right to peaceful protest," Javier Colomina noted.
