Moscow insists on the withdrawal of all US forces and weapons stationed in Central and Southeastern Europe and the Baltic states., APA's Moscow correspondent reports citing the written statement published on the website of the Russian Foreign Ministry to the US response on security guarantees.

"We insist on the withdrawal of all US forces and weapons stationed in the Middle East, South East, and the Baltic States. We are confident that there is sufficient national potential in these areas. We are ready to discuss this issue on the basis of Articles 4 and 5 of the draft agreement of Russia," the document reads.

The Russian Foreign Ministry has unveiled its position on the US security proposals, APA reports citing the official website of the Russian Foreign Ministry.

According to the information, Moscow responded to Washington's proposals with 11 pages.
