A meeting is being held in Minsk between Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko and Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian, APA reports, citing Belta.
It was reported that the parties are discussing the prospects for bilateral cooperation and the international situation.
It was noted that the negotiations will be held in both an expanded and limited format.
According to the information, Lukashenko and Pezeshkian will discuss issues of trade, investment and industrial cooperation between Belarus and Iran, implementation of joint initiatives in the fields of science, technology and education, cooperation within international organizations, including the Eurasian Economic Union, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, BRICS and the UN.
