A meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has started at the Kremlin, APA’s Moscow bureau reports.
Lukashenko arrived in Moscow on September 25 for an official visit and participated in the Global Nuclear Forum held in the city yesterday.
