Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko said that Russian President Vladimir Putin refused to strike Ukrainian government facilities in Kyiv with the Oreshnik missile system, he spoke about this during an interview with Chinese media, APA reports.
According to Lukashenko, the Russian side had the opportunity to strike sensitive facilities for Ukraine with this missile, but did not do so.
"Because in general, Russia is ready for a peaceful settlement of the conflict," the Belarusian President said.
