A meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has begun, APA’s Moscow bureau reports.
Putin welcomed Tokayev in the St. George Hall of the Kremlin Palace.
Delegations from both Russia and Kazakhstan are present in the hall.
Russian media reported that Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov was not among the Russian delegation at the Kremlin, and his place was taken by his deputy, Mikhail Galuzin.
Note that Tokayev is on a state visit to Russia. Yesterday, he held a one-on-one meeting with Putin at the Kremlin.
