"The Ukrainian military has launched new provocations to accuse the Russian military of violence against civilians," said Russian Defense Ministry spokesman Igor Konashenkov at a briefing, APA's Moscow correspondent reports.
"According to the confirmed information, on the evening of April 4, servicemen of the 72nd Ukrainian Psychological Operations Center filmed another scene about the killing of civilians by the Russian Armed Forces in the settlement of Moshchun, 23 kilometers northwest of Kyiv to spread it through the Western media," Defense Ministry official said.
He added that Ukrainian law enforcement agencies have organized similar events in Sumy, Konotop, and other cities.
