The state of emergency (ES) is introduced on the territory of the Kursk region due to the arrival of residents of the Donetsk and Lugansk in the region, APA reports citing the website of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia.
Earlier, the state of emergency was introduced by the authorities of the Voronezh and Rostov regions.
“Currently, due to the arrival of a large number of citizens of Donbass, a regional emergency regime has been declared in a number of regions of the Russian Federation – Rostov, Voronezh and Kursk regions,” the report says.
