We regret that these talks did not start a day earlier, but we had such a possibility," APA's Moscow correspondent reports that the spokesman for the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov said commenting on the talks between the Russian and Ukrainian delegations.
"Our delegation has been in Belarus for a long time. They were ready at 12 o'clock at night, one and two o'clock. But the rivals have arrived now. Let's hope that the talks will start at this moment," a Kremlin spokesman stated.
