Kremlin does not see any obstacle for organizing talks between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, said a spokesman for the President of Russia Dmytry Peskov, APA’s Moscow correspondent reports.
He reminded that putin has already formed his position about what Russia will expect from Ukraine: “We have formed it clear enough: It is a neutral status. It is refusal from armed systems…The question here is whether Ukraine ready it or not,” stressed Kremlin spokesman.
