Russia and the United States discussed a peaceful settlement of the situation in Ukraine in Alaska, and since then, there has been no progress on this issue, said Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov while commenting on the article published by Axios regarding the U.S.'s new plan for Ukraine, APA’s Moscow bureau reports.
He also commented on Ukraine’s strike on the Voronezh region with ATACMS missiles. He noted that Russia continues its special operation: “Our army is countering attempts by the Ukrainian Armed Forces to carry out strikes using Western weapons.”
