Currently, only Russia and the US are negotiating over Ukraine, said Yuri Ushakov, the Russian President's assistant for international affairs, APA's Moscow correspondent reports.
According to him, only Moscow and Washington are negotiating over Ukraine, and no other negotiations are currently underway:
"The Europeans are refusing all contacts. Russia is not negotiating with European countries, but it is ready for these negotiations."
The Kremlin official also noted that the international recognition of possible agreements on Ukraine is the subject of negotiations between Russia and the US: "I will not touch on specific issues now. All these issues are the subject of negotiations, especially between the Russian and American sides."
