Peskov has added:
“Medvedchuk’s views in favor of building normal, mutually beneficial relations and partnerships between Ukraine and Russia are well known. This position has always been open. Medvedchuk never had behind-the-scenes relations with Russia. Even if we hypothetically imagine this, Medvedchuk could have left Ukrainian territory before the special military operation. As we can see, however, he did not”.
