If Kiev is ready to talk about the issues raised by Russia, the Russian Federation is ready to negotiate with the Ukrainian leadership, noted Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, APA's Moscow bureau reports.
He said that the special operation of the Russian Federation on the demilitarization of Ukraine has its purposes: "Operation has its purposes, they must be achieved. The President noted that all decisions have been made and aims will be achieved," told Peskov to journalists.
Kremlin spokesman has also noted that he has no information about the early cessation of the operation, this is the decision of the Supreme Commander–in–Chief.
