Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian visited Moscow on August 31, APA reports.
The minister will hold talks with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov during his visit to Moscow.
The diplomat told reporters that some European countries asked Iran to help in solving the Ukraine crisis. The main purpose of the visit is to conduct negotiations on the solution of the Ukraine crisis.
The diplomat said that the situation in Afghanistan will be discussed as well as bilateral issues within the framework of the visit.
