Currently, intensive work is underway with the US on the implementation of the TRIPP project, said Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during the discussion of the draft state budget for 2026, APA reports.
Pashinyan noted that the project is new for both the country and the region, and there are a number of subtle points, and he stressed that he is confident that all problems will be discussed and resolved in the near future.
The Prime Minister also said that relations with Azerbaijan have already become an integral part of our daily work, and the main daily issue is the preservation of peace.
"Peace between Armenia and Azerbaijan already exists as a fact. However, we must also accept that peace is a new and unfamiliar concept for us. Armenia has been in a state of conflict since the first day of its independence, and even in the short period before independence, we lived mainly in an environment of conflict. Living in peace, forming thoughts and behavior in accordance with the requirements of peace, is not an easy task. We must approach this issue carefully, and preserving peace is an important priority for us," Pashinyan noted.
