"If you tighten situation around Russia, the world economy will be damaged under these circumstances, global economic process will be damaged. Noise and harsh measures can be taken for a while, but then you will have to move away from these measures. Because it will cost a lot," added Russian Deputy Foreign Minister while his speech in Krasnoyarsk Economic Forum.
