An attempted terrorist act planned against a high-ranking employee of the Russian Ministry of Defense in Moscow has been prevented, APA’s Moscow bureau reports, citing the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB).
It was stated that FSB officers prevented a terrorist act against a high-ranking officer of the Russian Ministry of Defense in Moscow.
During the operation, three Russian citizens and one citizen of a Central Asian country, who were the perpetrators of the terror, were detained.
It was noted that "the crime was organized by Ukrainian intelligence agencies together with the international terrorist organization ISIS."
