Starting today, the Armenian government has removed the image of Mount Ağrı from the visa stamps placed on passports upon entry and exit from the country, APA reports.
The decision to this effect was made at a meeting of the Armenian Cabinet of Ministers on September 11.
The new sample stamps have already been approved and the rules will come into force on November 1, 2025.
It should be noted that some time ago, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated that the stamp was changed to strengthen Armenian statehood.
